I've used UYG for years and it really is great for giving you that extra energy boost you need. But what the other reviewer said is absolutely correct: Don't take it after 2 pm or you won't be able to sleep! It's best to take in the am. BTW, House of David has THE best price around (pretty much 2 for 1) AND they have great service too. I've bought UYG only from them several times now and will continue to do so. Great product, great price, great seller.

No jitters and it does the job miraculously well. However, after a few days of use, you get a bit edgy, so guage and pull back. I wouldn't use it as a daily thing but when ya need it, it is so much better than those drinks with all the poisons and too much caffeine.

I have very little energy to do anything these days and when I take one tablet of Up Your Gas each morning I feel like getting up and getting things done. It's not that jittery energy either - like making you shake all over - it just gives you that little extra lift that I need

Very, very useful for traveling (ie. crossing the Atlantic) and helping with killer jet-lag! "Only" 4-stars since u really have to watch out: I learned the hard way: DO NOT take a "full pill". Try 1/4 pill FIRST...if after an hour, u need more, take another 1/4...etc. Depends on how bad your jet-lag is, but this stuff if GREAT and u can "dry swallow" on a plane if u have to or anywhere else water isn't available!
